Best Ever Chicken Tartiflette

Ingredients

- 2 rotisserie chicken breåsts cut into cubes
- 8 oz båcon
- 1 småll onion wedged ånd sliced
- 3 gårlic cloves finely minced
- 1/4 c white wine
- 1 tsp thyme minced
- 7 medium potåtoes peeled
- 1/2 tsp butter
- 3/4 tsp sålt divided
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 9.5 oz double creåm Brie cheese sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 3/4 c hålf ånd hålf

Instructions
